Trimika joined the UBP team in June 2022 as an Operation Support Specialist, bringing with her over two decades of customer service experience in both public and private sectors where she cultivated her customer service and problem-solving skills. Trimika enjoyed mentoring new employees as part of peer-to-peer program to improve efficiency for the company.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and volunteering in the senior community.
